Does the AI dispatcher assign jobs to specific techs?
It books into the open slots on the calendars you give it. If each tech has a calendar, it books into whichever is open. If you prefer, it books into one dispatch calendar and you assign from there.
Does it plan routes or track my trucks?
No. It doesn't do route optimisation, GPS or real-time tracking. It answers, triages, books and texts you.
How does it handle an emergency?
It treats it as urgent, gets the address and a callback number, and texts you immediately so you can decide whether to send someone. If you want, it tells the caller what to do in the meantime, like shutting off the main.
Can it send a call straight to me?
Yes, by rules you set, for example existing customers to you. If nobody picks up the transfer, it takes the message and texts it to you.
Does it connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
